All competition fees include membership, ball money, admin fees. Junior fees include 1 club t-shirt for new members (please indicate your size).

HOW TO JOIN

As of the start of 2018 Tennis SA requireS all players to register on-line

By doing so you will receive 
– Free personal accident insurance
– Access to pre-sale ticket offers and tennis news
– At the end of this registration process you will be given the BSB and account details needed to pay your fees online.

FINANCIAL HARDSHIP POLICY

The purpose of the policy is to establish guidelines and procedures for parents, guardians and members experiencing financial hardship to allow members an opportunity to participate in Tennis Programs. Financial hardship is defined as a situation where a member wants to pay but is not in a position to do so. Financial hardship cases are not all alike and should be addressed on a case by case basis in a fair, equitable and consistent manner.

Any member who has a difficulty paying fees in any one playing season at the West Lakes Tennis Club (herein after referred to as the “Club”) may apply for a variation of fee requirements based on personal circumstances that are subject to assessment by the Club. This policy is designed to facilitate consideration of these circumstances as an exception to benefit both members and the Club. Read the policy here.

PHOTOGRAPHY CONSENT

Payment of your Membership Fees includes a consent of your image being taken and reproduced by the club. If you do not consent to your image/video being taken, please advise the Junior/Senior Coordinator in writing at: diannesmith339@gmail.com
